A welcoming space with thoughtful amenities, adaptable layouts, and historic character, ready to host your wedding, celebration, or community gathering.
With its 14-foot ceilings, original wood flooring and abundant natural lighting, the hall provides a comfortable and rustic feel perfect for any event. With 12 8’x3′ tables seating 8 to 10 people and chairs to go with them, you’ll have no trouble setting up your event. The hall is equipped with automatic air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable environment for all your guests, regardless of the weather outside. The hall also offers an WiFi, expansive storage space, providing a convenient area to keep your belongings secure. Additionally, an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is readily available on the wall for emergencies. The hall also offers dedicated washrooms with a built-in baby change table for convenience.
Right next to the bar room, you’ll find the fully furnished warming kitchen. Equipped with a fridge, sink, stove, and microwave, it has everything you need to warm and prepare food for your event. Two 8-foot stainless steel buffet-style tables are available for serving purposes, ensuring a smooth and organized dining experience. We also provide 100 and 60-cup coffee urns under the sink. Also under the sink, some basic cleaning supplies are available. We do however recommend bringing your own for optimal cleanliness.
Connected to this space is the dedicated bar room, complete with its own fridge, roll-up window, storage, and a bulletin board for liquor permit postings. It provides a convenient area for refreshments and adds a touch of elegance to your event.
This main area also features a raised stage with an easy-to-use pull-down projector screen, creating a focal point for presentations or performances. Additionally, there are convenient double doors right next to the stage, allowing for the smooth movement of larger furniture or the easy entry of musicians.
Located on the 8300 block of 208th Street, the hall offers ample parking for all your guests right in front of the hall.
The hall offers a wheelchair accessible ramp as well as washroom facilites.
