Hourly rate: $75.00 per hour (Min 3hrs, without food), up to 6 hrs with a $200.00 damage deposit (without alcohol).
Full day rate:$500 (12 hr Max) with a $650.00 damage deposit. A fee of $50.00 per hour for extended time. Includes the full use of the kitchen and bar area.
PAYMENT: The rental fee, damage deposit and a signed agreement is required to secure the date. We accept cash or cheque payable to “Willoughby Community Hall Society.”

The main hall area is 46 ft (14m) by 31 ft (9.5m) and features 16 ft (5m) ceilings. The capacity of the hall is 120 people.
Yes, to secure any decorations, the use of painters tape is recommended as it will not leave a sticky residue or strip the paint off the wall. If absolutely necessary, tacks are only allowed on the top light gray area, not on any wall trim, doors or frames.
Yes, we provide 12 fold-up tables measuring at 8 ft by 3 ft, and we have a total of 120 padded chairs available for use. We also have one 4 ft by 4 ft table and 3 6 ft tables available on special request.
The Heating and AC is controlled and set according to weather conditions.
Yes, acquiring a liquor license is necessary to serve alcohol at your event. To obtain a liquor license, you will need to contact the BC Liquor Control Board. In the dedicated bar section of our hall, there is a bulletin board where you will be required to post your license.

Yes, if you plan to have music at your event, we are obligated to collect a fee from you and submit it to SOCAN on your behalf. The form will be provided to you during the rental agreement process or can be downloaded from our website on our Get Started page.
Renter is required to provide a copy of (Event) Liability Insurance. Let your Insurance provider know the purpose of rental, date, time and correct address:

No, clean up is the responsibility of the renter, please bring your own cleaning supplies.
Yes, we have a wheelchair accessible ramp, and the entire facility is designed to accommodate all guests.
No, currently we only provide a large pull-down projector screen. For audio-visual presentations, guests are required to bring their own equipment.
There is no smoking permitted in or near the hall. Smokers should gather outside at the edge of the property. Be sure to provide a place for your guests to extinguish their cigarettes.
Yes we have a large parking parking lot that can accommodate approximately 30 vehicles.
